Mrs. Annie Lena McCarthy, Age 87 of Newaygo, formerly of North Conway, NH, died Friday, January 29, 2010 in Grant. She was born Annie Lena Farnell in Newfoundland, Canada the daughter of Wallace and Helena Farnell on June 18, 1922. She married Daniel McCarthy on August 1, 1945 in Malden, Massachuesetts. She was a Data Entry Clerk at Converse, Inc. and at the I.R.S. until her retirement. She was a member of First Episcopal Church of North Conway, NH. She is survived by her husband Daniel F. McCarthy of Grant, her sons Daniel T. & Jackie McCarthy of St. Petersburg, FL, Bruce C. & Nancy McCarthy of Newaygo, Stephen McCarthy of Amesbury, MA, her grandchidlren Wendy & David Greene of White Lake, Erin & David Feichtner of Davisburg, Christopher J. McCarthy of Marblehead, MA, her great grandchildren Christopher J. Franklin II of Oxford, MI, Morgann Greene of White Lake, Kira Greene of White Lake, Jacob Feichtner of Davisburg, Aidan Feichtner of Davisburg, and several nieces and nephews.
